Volume pricing and monthly invoicing
Discounts applied per booking, settled once a month instead of trip by trip.
Businesses sending 50 or more deliveries a month qualify for volume rates. The discount is a percentage taken off every booking automatically, before couriers bid.
How the discount shows up
- It is applied to the suggested price, so bids come in already discounted.
- Every order shows the standard price and what you actually paid.
- The dashboard totals the saving across the month.
Invoicing
Instead of paying at each checkout, deliveries accumulate against your account and one invoice is issued at the end of the cycle. It itemises every trip with date, route, courier and price, so it can be reconciled against your own records.
Invoices can be settled by bank transfer, EcoCash or card. Terms are agreed when the account is set up.
