Using the courier app
Going online, bidding well, and closing a job with proof of delivery.
The courier app is where the whole job happens: bids come in, navigation runs, and the delivery is closed out with proof.
Going online
Toggle yourself online and your position starts updating. Bookings near you appear with a suggested price, the distance to pickup and the package size. You have 30 seconds to bid.
Bidding well
- Read the distance to pickup, not just the fee. A cheap job across town pays worse than it looks.
- Bid above the suggestion when the job is awkward: stairs, a tight window, a difficult area.
- Do not bid on anything you cannot carry safely. Declining at the gate costs you rating.
Closing the job
- 1Photograph the package at pickup.
- 2Follow the route to the drop-off. The customer sees you on the map the whole way.
- 3Collect payment if it is a cash job.
- 4Capture proof of delivery: the recipient name and a photo.
Proof of delivery is what protects you if a customer later says the package never arrived. Never skip it, even when the recipient is in a hurry.
