What you need to ride for Fetchr
ID, a licence, a smartphone, and a bike you own or rent from us.
The bar is deliberately low, because the point is to get riders earning rather than to gatekeep. Everything on this list is checked during verification.
- A valid national ID.
- A valid motorcycle licence.
- A smartphone that can run the courier app and hold a GPS fix.
- A motorbike in working condition, either your own or one rented from the Fetchr fleet.
- A bank account or EcoCash number for payouts.
Documents to upload
Photograph your ID, your licence and your bike registration. Make sure the whole document is in frame and readable. Blurred uploads are the main reason verification takes longer than a day.
A helmet and a delivery box are not optional in practice. Riders without them get fewer accepted bids, because customers can see the vehicle on the bid card.
