What you cannot send
The prohibited list, and why a courier can refuse a package at the gate.
Some things we will not carry, either because the law says so or because a motorbike is the wrong vehicle for them.
- Cash and bearer instruments.
- Illegal substances of any kind.
- Weapons and ammunition.
- Live animals.
- Hazardous materials: fuel, gas cylinders, corrosives, anything flammable under pressure.
- Anything that will not fit safely on a bike, unless you book it as Bulk.
A courier who finds a prohibited item at pickup can refuse the job on the spot. The booking is cancelled and, because the trip was already made, the cancellation is not refunded.
If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask support before you book. For oversized or unusual loads, a business account can arrange a dedicated vehicle.
