What you can send

Anything that fits safely on a bike, and what our couriers carry to protect it.

If it fits on a motorbike and is legal to carry, Fetchr will move it. In practice that covers most of what a Harare business sends in a day.

  • Documents. Contracts, invoices, tender submissions, passports and title deeds.
  • Food. Restaurant orders and groceries, carried in insulated bags.
  • Retail. Clothing, cosmetics, phone accessories, anything you sell online.
  • Electronics. Phones, laptops, routers and small appliances.
  • Spares and tools. Parts that are holding up a job on site.
  • Medication from a pharmacy, where the pharmacy allows it.

Packing it properly

The courier carries the package, they do not repack it. Seal boxes, wrap anything fragile, and put liquids in a bag of their own. If something needs to stay upright, say so in the pickup note and the courier will strap it accordingly.

Loads past 20 kg or beyond one bike are booked as Bulk and matched to a car or a van instead.
