What you need to sign up
A phone number and about two minutes. No documents for personal accounts.
A personal Fetchr account needs a working phone number and an email address. That is all. Documents are only required for courier and corporate accounts.
Ways to sign in
- Email and password, with a verification link sent to your inbox.
- Phone number with a one time code by SMS.
- Google or Facebook, if you would rather not manage another password.
Fetchr will never phone you to ask for a one time code. If someone does, it is not us. Hang up and report it from the support page.
Choosing your account type
At the end of signup you pick a role. Customer is the default and covers anyone sending packages. Corporate unlocks team members, monthly invoicing and volume rates, and needs company documents. Courier is for riders and has its own application.
