Saved addresses
Save the places you send from and to, with the gate notes that make pickups faster.
Harare addressing is informal enough that a street name alone often will not get a courier to your door. Saved addresses let you write the directions once.
Saving one
- 1Go to Account, then Addresses.
- 2Add an address, then drag the pin to the actual gate rather than the middle of the plot.
- 3Give it a label you will recognise: Shop, Warehouse, Home.
- 4Add a note. "Second gate on the left after the tuckshop" saves a phone call on every future booking.
Set a default pickup address and new bookings open with it already filled in.
Saved addresses are private to your account. Couriers only see the one attached to the job they are doing, and only once they have been assigned.
