Keep your account secure
Turn on two factor authentication, and know what Fetchr will never ask you for.
Your Fetchr account holds your addresses and your payment methods. Two minutes in Security settings makes it a much harder target.
Two factor authentication
- 1Go to Account, then Security.
- 2Turn on two factor authentication.
- 3Confirm the code we send to your phone.
From then on, every sign in from a new device needs a code as well as your password.
What we will never do
- Ask for your password. Not by phone, not by email, not in the chat widget.
- Ask you to read out a one time code.
- Ask you to send money to release a package.
If someone contacts you claiming to be Fetchr and asks for any of the above, it is not us. End the call and report it from the support page.
