Book your first delivery
From pin drop to a courier on the way, in about a minute.
Booking on Fetchr works the same whether you are sending one envelope or the tenth parcel of the day. You set the two points, describe the package, and couriers come to you with prices.
- 1Open Book a Delivery. The map opens on Harare, centred on your position if you allow location access.
- 2Drop the pickup pin. Type an address, or drag the pin to the gate you actually want the courier at. Add a note like "blue gate, ask for reception" so nobody has to phone you.
- 3Drop the drop-off pin the same way, then add the recipient name and phone number.
- 4Pick a package size and a delivery speed. Both change the price, and both are explained on the screen.
- 5Confirm the booking. Nearby couriers get it straight away and start bidding.
- 6Pick a bid. You see each courier price, rating, vehicle and distance from you. Accept the one you want.
You do not pay when you book. You pay the bid you accept, and cash on delivery is an option on every booking.
What happens next
The courier heads to your pickup point and the order moves through assigned, picking up, picked up and in transit. You get a tracking link you can forward to whoever is receiving the package, and they do not need a Fetchr account to open it.
