Choosing the right package size
The five sizes, what fits in each, and what the base price covers.
Package size sets the base price of your delivery and distance is added on top. Pick the size that genuinely fits, because a courier who arrives to find a load twice the size booked can decline the job at the gate.
| Size | Fits | Base price |
|---|---|---|
| Document | Up to an A4 envelope. Letters, contracts, invoices. | $1.50 |
| Small | Up to 5 kg. Phones, books, small parcels. | $2.50 |
| Medium | Up to 15 kg. Electronics, clothing boxes. | $4.00 |
| Large | Up to 20 kg, still bike friendly. | $6.00 |
| Bulk | Beyond one bike load. Matched to a car or van. | $10.00 |
Base price is the starting point, not the total. Distance is charged per kilometre on top, and your delivery speed multiplies the result.
Anything past Large is a Bulk booking, and Fetchr matches it to a courier with a car or a van instead of a motorbike. Those vehicles cost more to run, so the price reflects it.
