Track your delivery
A live map link you can share with the recipient, no account needed.
Every booking gets a tracking page the moment a courier is assigned. It shows the courier on the map, the current stage of the trip and an ETA that updates as they move.
The stages you will see
- Confirmed. The booking is live and out to couriers.
- Assigned. You accepted a bid and the courier is on the way to pickup.
- Picking up. The courier is at or near your pickup point.
- Picked up. The package is with the courier.
- In transit. On the way to the drop-off.
- Delivered. Handed over, with proof of delivery captured.
Sharing the link
Copy the tracking link from the order screen and send it to whoever is receiving the package. They can open it in any browser without signing up, which matters when you are sending to a customer who has never heard of us.
The map keeps working on a weak connection. It falls back to the last known courier position and the stage list rather than freezing.
